Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance

California Consumer Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to request that we do not sell or share their personal information.

Boas Digital Solutions does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense (i.e., in exchange for money). However, like many online businesses, we use third-party analytics and advertising services that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law.

How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights

You can exercise your “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” rights in the following ways:

  • Cookie Preferences: Use our Privacy Settings tool to disable “Marketing” and “Analytics” cookies. This is the most effective way to prevent automated sharing with third-party providers.
  • Email Request: You may submit a formal request to opt-out by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”.

Opting out may limit certain personalization, analytics insights, and advertising features, but it will not affect essential site functionality.

Verification and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

For email requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review, process, and document the request.

We are working toward honoring supported browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and will update this notice as those mechanisms are fully implemented.

We aim to process verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

More Information

Even when you opt out of “sale” or “sharing,” we may still process certain personal information as permitted by law, such as to provide requested services, detect security incidents, prevent fraud, maintain our systems, or comply with legal obligations.

For more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
