A new site.
The same
rankings.

A redesign is where a lot of sites lose the search traffic they spent years earning. We plan the move before we design anything: every page that ranks, every link pointing in, and where each one goes on the new site. Then we build it by hand, so it loads fast and you own the code.

What a
redesign covers.

The new design is the part you see. Most of the work is making sure the old site’s rankings, links and leads carry over to the new one.

  • Audit first

Speed, mobile layout, broken pages, tracking and the paths visitors take to call or book, checked before any design work. Sometimes the fix is smaller than a redesign, and we will say so.

  • Redirect map

Every old URL that ranks or has links pointing to it, mapped to its new page and redirected on launch day.

  • Content carried over

Pages that already rank keep their substance. Thin or outdated pages are rewritten around the searches your customers use.

    Content & copy
  • Hand-coded build

No page builder or theme, so pages load fast and there are no plugins to patch.

    Websites
  • Search structure

Titles, headings, internal links and structured data set up page by page, ready for Google and AI answers.

    SEO & AI search
  • Tracking

Calls, forms and bookings tracked from launch, so you can compare the new site against the old one.

  • You own it

The code and the content are yours. Hosting and maintenance are in-house if you want them.

How a redesign
runs.

  1. 01

    Audit

Your current site, your rankings, the links pointing to it and what visitors do before they call.

  2. 02

    Plan the move

Page structure, wireframes and the redirect map, agreed with you before the build starts.

  3. 03

    Build

Hand-written code in short cycles, with content moved over and rewritten where it needs it.

  4. 04

    Launch and check

Redirects live, Search Console watched and tracking confirmed, then fixes for anything that slipped.

I’ve spent more than ten years building websites and running Google Ads, and I still do the work myself. There’s no contract and no hand-off: every month you see what we did and what it brought in, and if something isn’t working, you’ll hear it from me first.

Common
questions.

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

It can, if old URLs disappear without redirects or content that ranks gets cut. That is why the redirect map and the content plan come before the design. We watch Search Console after launch and fix anything that drops.

Can you redesign a WordPress, Wix or Squarespace site?

Yes. We rebuild it as a hand-coded site and move the content over. M45 Automotive’s site moved from Weebly this way. Online stores are the exception: those we build on Shopify.

Do I need a full redesign?

Not always. If the audit shows the problem is a slow host, broken tracking or a confusing menu, we will tell you, and fixing that costs far less than a new site.

Who owns the new site?

You do. The code and the content are yours, not rented from a builder subscription.
